Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom, a balcony or a terrace.
All guests have on their disposal a parking place in front of the house.
For some specific services (children bed, iron etc.) it is necessary to make an explicit request, on which will be answered in terms of whether it could be available for the requested period of stay.
For this specific service the guest should pay on his arrival according to the price list.
It is allowed to have pets (dogs or cats) only with a previous request, and for this service the guest should pay on his arrival according to the price list.
The prices include:
- electricity, water, gas

final cleaning on the day of departure as well as the weekly change of the bed linen
- a personal guide to the reserved apartment is guaranteed on the day of the arrival
At their arrival, the guests should contact the travel agency Aida tours, Paska 14, opening hours every day from 9.00 till 21.00, including Saturdays and Sundays.
On the day of arrival, the apartments will be free from 12.00.
On the day of departure, the apartments should be left until 10.00 am (otherwise it would be necessary to pay for one more day).
If the stay includes less than 4 nights, it would be necessary to charge the additional 30% of the price. The guest should pay the accommodation to the agency but all the other services to the person who rented the apartment.
In every apartment unit can maximally sojourn as much guests as many beds are placed in the apartment.
