Villa Arta is an enchanting villa with beautiful stone architecture which blends in perfectly with the surrounding Istrian countryside. Its traditional style used for construction gives it a very special atmosphere, a mixture of tradition, comfort and luxury. It consists of 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, Taverna, dining and living area. From living and dining area is exit to a covered terrace with seating and BBQ area and a swimming pool 6x4 m with sun deck. From the pool area and covered terrace is a beautiful sea view. Areas of interest within the area include the Medieval Hill top towns of Motovun and Groznjan as well as the seaside towns of Porec, Rovinj and Vrsar. A little further afield, the Brijuni islands, the Roman amphitheatre in Pula and a day trip to Venice are all recommended excursions that are available from this region.
